Pelantikan Komisaris Utama dan Anggota Komisaris PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero)

Bertempat dikantor Kementerian BUMN, pada hari ini pukul 15.00 WIB, telah  dilaksanakan pelantikan Komisaris utama  PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) dari Bapak Herman Prayitno kepada M. Iksan Tatang. Pelantikan dilakukan oleh  Deputi Bidang Usaha Infrastruktur & Logistik Kementerian BUMN, Bapak Harry Susetyo yang mewakili Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Sebelumnya, Bapak  Tatang begitu beliau kerap disapa, merupakan Anggota Komisaris PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).  Selanjutnya kepada Bapak Herman Prayitno dipercaya sebagai  Duta Besar Indonesia untuk Malaysia. Bapak Herman mendidikasikan dirinya sebagai Perwakilan Pemegang Saham di PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) dari tahun 2009 s.d 2012. Telah dilantik juga Bapak Budi Santoso sebagai  Anggota Komisaris PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero),  beliau saat  ini juga menjabat  sebagai Deputi Menteri koordinasi Perekonomian. Ikut menyaksikan pelantikan tersebut jajaran Direksi dan anggota komisaris PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), turut menghadiri Corporate Secretary dan Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The Inauguration of President Commissioner and The Member of Board of Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero)

Today at 15.00 WIB, taken place at  the office of State Owned enterprise Company Ministry, Mr Iksan Tatang that well known as  Mr Tatang  who was the member of Board of Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has been inaugurated as the President Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) replace Mr Herman Prayitno who  has been  appointed as the ambasador of Indonesia for Malaysia. Inauguration has conducted by the Deputy of Logistic & Infrastructure business of State Owned enterprise Company Ministry. Previously, Mr Herman was dedicated him self as the representative of Share Holder from 2009 to 2012. In addition, has been inaugurated too, Mr Budi Santoso as the the member of Board Commissioner, he is also serve as the Deputy  for Minister of Economic Coordinator. Among the attendees were the member of Board Commissioner and Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) an also  Corporate Secretary and Secretary to Board of Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).
