Menjelang penghujung bulan September 2012, tepatnya pada tanggal 24, Menteri BUMN merombak susunan Direksi PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Di Gedung Kementerian BUMN di Jakarta, ketujuh Direktur yang dilantik pada hari itu adalah:
1) Tri S.Sunoko, Direktur Utama2) Rinaldo J. Aziz, Direktur Komersial Kebandarudaraan
3) Endang A.Sumiarsa, Direktur Operasi Kebandarudaraan
4) Salahudin Rafi, Direktur Pengembangan Kebandarudaraan dan Teknologi
5) Sulistio Wijayadi, Direktur Kargo dan Pengembangan Usaha
6) Laurensius Manurung, Direktur Keuangan
7) RP Hari Cahyono, Direktur SDM dan Umum
Tidak hanya perubahan beberapa nama jabatan, tapi juga munculnya sosok baru yaitu bapak Hari Cahyono yang sebelumnya menjadi Head of Internal Auditor. Selamat mengemban tugas dan jabatan baru, semoga Angkasa Pura II dapat mewujudkan cita-cita sebagai pengelola bandara yang berkelas dunia.

2. Penandatanganan Perjanjian dengan TNI-AU
Direksi AP II, GM Husein Sastranegara, dan Panglima Komando Operasi TNI-AU beserta jajaran.
Ternyata hari Senin tanggal 24 September 2012 itu merupakan hari yang padat agenda buat Direksi AP II. Setelah pagi harinya acara pelantikan Board of Directors yang baru, sore hari mereka harus hadir dalam penandatanganan Perjanjian dengan TNI-AU. Ruang Sumba Hotel Borobudur menjadi saksi peristiwa itu. Bapak Endang A.Sumiarsa yang baru saja dilantik sebagai Direktur Operasi Kebandarudaraan mengawali tugasnya dengan menandatangani perjanjian dengan TNI-AU yang diwakili oleh Marsekal Muda Bagus Puruhito, Panglima Komando Operasi TNI Angkatan Udara I. Perjanjian yang ditandatangani hari itu adalah menyangkut penggunaan bersama Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung sebagai Bandar Udara. Kolaborasi yang baik antara unit kerja Corporate Secretary, Accounting, Legal dan General Affairs membuat acara ini berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar.

Apparently Monday 24 September 2012 was a hectic day agenda for the Board of Directors of AP II. After a morning inauguration ceremony of the new Board of Directors, in the afternoon they had to attend the signing of the agreement with the Indonesia Air Force. Sumba Meeting room of Hotel Borobudur becomes a witness of the event. Mr. Endang A.Sumiarsa recently appointed as Director of Airport Operations began his duties by entering into an agreement with the Indonesia Air Force, represented by the Junior Marshal Bagus Puruhito, Commander of Air Force Operations Command I. The agreement signed today is concerned with the use of Air Force Base Bandung as the airport. Good collaboration between units Corporate Secretary, Accounting, Legal and General Affairs to make this event run smoothly.
