Demo Kenaikan Harga BBM di Bandara Soekarno Hatta teratasi dengan baik

Hari ini tanggal 29 Maret 2012, kembali terjadi demonstrasi di area sekitar Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Protes masyarakat kepada Pemerintah atas rencana kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) masih berlanjut. Melalui surat yang dilayangkan ke Kapolres Metro Tangerang Kota dan Kapolres Bandara Soekarno Hatta tanggal 26 Maret 2012, Perserikatan Buruh Independen berencana mengerahkan + 20.000 orang untuk melakukan unjuk rasa di Bandara Soekarno Hatta atau Gedung DPR-RI pada hari Kamis, 29 Maret 2012 mulai jam 7 pagi.  Lokasi yang dimaksud di bandara adalah pintu masuk M1 yang selama ini menjadi jalan bagi penumpang atau masyarakat dari Tangerang menuju Bandara Soekarno Hatta atau ke Jakarta. Alhamdulillah, personil pengamanan AP II, didukung oleh TNI dan Polri dengan kekuatan 2000 personil berhasil menghalau 600 demonstran yang kemudian memutuskan untuk bergerak menuju Gedung DPR RI di Senayan.

Menurut Undang Undang nomor 9 tahun 1998 tentang Kemerdekaan Menyampaikan Pendapat di Muka Umum, pada pasal 9 ayat 2 huruf a telah diatur bahwa 'Penyampaian pendapat di muka umum sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1), dilaksanakan di tempat-tempat terbuka untuk umum, kecuali: di lingkungan istana, Kepresidenan, tempat ibadah, instansi militer, rumah sakit, pelabuhan udara atau laut, stasiun kereta api, terminal angkutan darat, dan obyek-obyek vital nasional'.

Kawasan Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta merupakan pelabuhan udara yang berfungsi sebagai sarana transportasi udara, dan merupakan salah satu Obyek Vital Nasional sesuai Keputusan Presiden Nomor 63 Tahun 2004 dan Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 72 Tahun 2004. Oleh karena itu AP II telah menyediakan Gedung Community Center yang berlokasi di Jl.Suryadharma (Pintu M-1) Bandara Soekarno Hatta sebagai tempat bagi masyarakat/Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat/Non-Government Organization untuk menyampaikan aspirasi.

(Today, March 29, 2012, there are demonstrations occurred in the area around the Soekarno Hatta Airport. Public protest to the Government on the planned increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) continues. Through a letter posted to the Chief of Police of the Metro Tangerang City and  Chief of Police of Soekarno Hatta Airport on March 26, 2012, the Independent Labour Federation plans to deploy + 20,000 for a demonstration at Soekarno Hatta or the Parliament House on Thursday, March 29, 2012 starting at 7 am. Location at the airport is the M1 gateway which has been a way for passengers or people from Jakarta to Soekarno Hatta Airport or to Jakarta. Alhamdulillah, AP II security personnel, supported by military and police personnel consist 2000 people repulsed the 600 demonstrators who then decided to move towards the Parliament building in Senayan.

According to Law No. 9 of 1998 on Freedom of Expression in Public, in article 9, paragraph 2 letter a, has been arranged that the 'Submission of public opinion as referred to in paragraph (1), carried out in places open to the public, except: at the court, the Presidency, a place of worship, military agencies, hospitals, air or sea ports, railway stations, land transportation terminals, and national vital objects'.

Region of Soekarno Hatta International Airport is the airport that serves as a means of air transport, and is one of Vital National corresponding Presidential Decree No. 63 of 2004 and Minister of Communications Decree No. 72 of 2004. AP II therefore has provided a Community Center Building located at Jl.Suryadharma (Doors M-1) Soekarno-Hatta airport as a place for the community / NGO / Non-Government Organization to deliver aspirations)

CEO Changi Airport berkunjung ke AP II

Ternyata Pemerintah Singapura tidak mau ketinggalan.  Pada tanggal 28 Februari 2012, mereka mengirim 1 delegasi ke Kantor Pusat Angkasa Pura II sekaligus airport tour ke Bandara Soekarno Hatta.  Tercatat sudah 8 negara yang menyatakan ketertarikan untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan Bandara Soekarno Hatta. 8 negara itu adalah Jepang, Korea Selatan, Malaysia, Spanyol, Australia, Jerman, Amerika, Inggris.  Kali ini giliran Singapura. Sungguh merupakan hal yang menggembirakan sebagai perusahaan yang sedang menuju menjadi perusahaan berkelas dunia.  Sebagai pengelola bandara nomor 12 tersibuk di dunia, Angkasa Pura II kini layak disejajarkan popularitasnya dengan Bandara Incheon di Korea Selatan dan Changi Singapura.

Delegasi Singapura yang datang siang hari itu dipimpin oleh Mr. Lee Seow Hiang, CEO Changi Airport Group, dengan membawa 4 pejabat lainnya yaitu Mr. Yam Kum Weng (EVP Air Hub Development), Mr. Lim Ching Kiat (SVP Market Development), Ms. Jaisey Yip (Senior Manager Airline Development) dan Ms. Rae Huang (Assistant Manager Air Hub Strategy).  Delegasi Singapura diterima langsung oleh Direktur Utama AP II, Wakil Direktur Utama dan VP of Aviation Business.

Anak SD-pun ingin tahu tentang AP II

Agak lain hari Jumat tanggal 9 Maret 2012 di lantai 5, 2 minggu yang lalu.  Tamu-tamu Corporate Secretary yang biasanya didominasi oleh para awak media, kali ini mendapat kunjungan dari siswa Sekolah Dasar Al Jabr Islamic School.  Dialah Oryza Wibisono Surya Santoso, yang biasa dipanggil Ory dan sekarang sedang menyelesaikan pendidikan di kelas 5.  Ory adalah salah satu anak Jakarta yang rasa ingin tahunya sangat tinggi terhadap dunia penerbangan.  Mungkin karena punya ibu seorang pramugari dan punya cita-cita menjadi pilot.  Dengan polosnya Ory mengatakan, setiap pergi ke Bandara Soekarno Hatta, dia selalu melihat gedung Angkasa Pura II yang menggugah rasa ingin tahunya, ada apa dibalik gedung tersebut? apa itu Angkasa Pura II? mengapa gedungnya ada di bandara dan dekat dengan menara kontrol lalu lintas udara?.  Sedianya, Direktur Utama berkenan menemui Ory untuk diwawancarai, namun karena pada saat bersamaa ada kegiatan yang tidak dapat ditinggalkan oleh beliau, maka Dirut AP II menyerahkan kepada Fery Utameyasa, Public Relation Manager AP II untuk menanganinya.  Wawancara berjalan dengan lancar dalam suasana yang santai.  Yang semula diperkirakan hanya 15 menit, tanpa terasa berlalu menjadi 45 menit.  Rasa ingin tahu Ory disambut baik dengan public service program AP II.

(There is something difference happened on Friday March 9, 2012 on the 5th floor, 2 weeks ago. Corporate Secretary guests are usually dominated by media crews, this time the students had a visit from Al Jabr Islamic Primary School. He was Oryza Wibisono Surya Santoso, who was called Ory and now is finishing in 5th grade education. Ory is one of Jakarta children that his curiosity is very high on the aviation world  Perhaps because the mother is a flight attendant and has aspiration to become a pilot. Ory said innocently, each time he went to the Soekarno-Hatta airport, he always saw Angkasa Pura II building that inspires curiosity, what is behind the building? What is Angkasa Pura II? why the building at the airport and close to the air traffic control tower?. Originally, President Director of AP II is pleased to see Ory to be interviewed, but because at the same time he has an agenda that can not be abandoned, then he handed to Mr. Fery Utameyasa, Public Relations Manager of AP II. Interview went well in a relaxed atmosphere. Which was originally estimated at only 15 minutes, without noticeably stretched into 45 minutes.  Ory's curiosity was welcomed by the public service program of AP II.)

Peribahasa mengatakan 'ada gula, ada semut'.  Bandara Soekarno Hatta bak gula, dan tamu-tamu asing seperti semut yang siap berebut gula.  Sejak launching tahun lalu, Grand Design Bandara Soekarno Hatta menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi negara-negara lain.  Kali ini, Kedutaan Perancis di Jakarta mengirim delegasi-nya ke kantor pusat Angkasa Pura II di Tangerang.  Delegasi tersebut terdiri dari Michel Drobniak (Economic Counsellor), Carole Cunisset (Trade Commissioner), Sammy Chalier (Trade Adviser) dan Suwanto Jaya (Business Development Executive).  Delegasi Kedutaan Perancis sengaja datang ke AP II dalam rangka menjajaki kerjasama dalam pembangunan atau pengembangan bandara-bandara yang dikelola oleh AP II khususnya Bandara Soekarno Hatta.  Delegasi ditemui oleh bapak Tri S.Sunoko, Direktur Utama AP II yang seperti biasa didampingi oleh Fery Utameyasa, Public Relation Manager AP II.  Dirut AP II mengatakan bahwa pada prinsipnya AP II membuka diri untuk perusahaan-perusahaan asing berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan bandara-bandara AP II sepanjang menawarkan kualitas produk yang terbaik dan sesuai dengan keinginan AP II serta mematuhi ketentuan yang berlaku di Indonesia. 

(Proverb says 'there is sugar, ants always around'. Soekarno Hatta like sugar, and foreign guests like ants are preparing to scramble sugar. Since launching last year, the Grand Design of Soekarno Hatta became the main attraction for other countries. This time, the French Embassy in Jakarta sent its delegation to the headquarters of Angkasa Pura II in Tangerang. The delegation consisted of Michel Drobniak (Economic Counsellor), Carole Cunisset (Trade Commissioner), Sammy Chalier (Trade Adviser) and Suwanto Jaya (Business Development Executive). Delegation of the French Embassy had come to the AP II in order to find out business opportunity or cooperation in the construction or development of the airports managed by AP II especially Soekarno Hatta Airport. The delegation was met by Mr. Tri S.Sunoko, President Director of AP II are as usual accompanied by Fery Utameyasa, Public Relations Manager of AP II. Mr. Tri S.Sunoko said principally the AP II opened up for foreign companies to participate in the development of the airports as along as offers the best quality products and in accordance with the wishes of AP II and comply with applicable regulations in Indonesia)

AIRPORT SERVICE QUALITY SURVEY

Akhirnya Angkasa Pura II mengikuti program berkelas dunia.  Adalah Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program yang diinisiasi oleh Airport Council International (ACI).  Keinginan ini sebenarnya sudah lama semenjak AP II mulai aktif mengikuti program-program ACI khususnya Regional dan World Assembly.  Di kedua acara tersebut khususnya pada World Assembly dimana pengelola bandara seluruh dunia bertemu dan berbagi informasi tentang pengelolaan bandara, serta diumumkan pemenang ASQ Award untuk beberapa kategori.  ASQ program adalah kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk mengukur tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pengelola bandara anggota ACI kepada pengguna jasanya, serta benchmarking bagi pengelola bandara untuk mencari tahu solusi yang tepat bagi penyelesaian permasalahan pelayanan di  bandara.  Untuk partisipasi yang pertama ini Direksi AP II menunjuk Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang sebagai peserta dalam ASQ competition.  Oleh karena itu SMB II wajib menyelenggarakan survey setiap triwulan dengan sample kuesioner dibutuhkan minimal 350 lembar.  Semua kuesioner dibuat dan dikirim langsung oleh DKMA, konsultan survey tingkat dunia yang ditunjuk ACI, termasuk kuesioner dalam bahasa Indonesia.  Mengantisipasi tindakan pemalsuan atau manipulasi hasil survey, setiap kuesioner diberi nomor seri dan tidak boleh digandakan.  DKMA yang akan mengolah dan melaporkan hasil survey kepada peserta.  Artinya semua naskah kuesioner harus dikirim balik ke DKMA yang bermarkas di London sebelum batas waktu yang ditetapkan.

Kantor Pusat mengirim 2 personil ke Bandara SMB II yaitu Fery Utameyasa, Public Relation Manager AP II dan Ferdian Agustiana, pelaksana di unit kerja Strategic Planning & Development, untuk memberikan penjelasan maksud dan tujuan ASQ serta teknis pelaksanaan survey.  Dengan dibantu 8 tenaga surveyor, kegiatan survey di Bandara SMB II selama 3 hari diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil yang maksimal, minimal masuk 5 besar bandara terbaik di dunia untuk kategori 2 s.d 5 juta penumpang per tahun.

ASQ survey akan menjadi acuan bagi AP II dalam mengadakan survey-survey sejenis.  Perlu digarisbawahi bahwa ASQ survey bukan sekadar survey tanpa ada pertanggungjawaban.  Untuk menjamin kualitas dan reliabilitas survey, pihak DKMA akan melakukan audit ke lokasi.  Audit ditujukan untuk menyakinkan apakah hasil survey sesuai kondisi yang sebenarnya.  Sanksi akan diberikan bila ternyata hasil audit menyatakan bahwa telah terjadi manipulasi survey.  Kredibilitas perusahaan dan negara Indonesia dipertaruhkan.  So, kalau manipulasi, siap-siap perusahaan kita dan negara RI dinilai 'tidak dapat dipercaya'.  Naudzubila mindzalik.......!!!!

Finally, Angkasa Pura II joins the world-class program. There is the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program initiated by the Airport Council International (ACI). The desire is long since begun to actively follow the AP II programs in particular ACI Regional and World Assembly. In the second event at the World Assembly in particular where the airport operators around the world meet and share information about airport management, as well as ASQ Award winners were announced for several categories. ASQ is a program of activities aimed to measure the level of service provided by airport operator to the user's ACI member services, and benchmarking of airport management to figure out the right solution for the resolution of service problems at the airport. For this first participation AP II Directors appointed Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang as a participant in the ASQ competition. Therefore, SMB II shall conduct a quarterly survey by questionnaire sample required at least 350 sheets. All questionnaires are made and shipped directly by DKMA, survey consultant appointed ACI world level, including the questionnaire in the Indonesian language. Anticipate falsification or manipulation of the survey, each questionnaire was given a serial number and may not be copied. DKMA who will process and report survey results to participants. This means that all manuscripts should be sent back to the completed questionnaire, based in London DKMA before the deadline.
Head Office of AP II sent two personnel to SMB II Airport are Fery Utameyasa, Public Relations Manager of AP II and Ferdian Agustiana, employee of the work unit Strategic Planning & Development, to explain the aims and objectives as well as the technical implementation of the ASQ survey. Assisted by eight staff surveyor, survey activities at the airport for 3 days SMB II is expected to deliver maximum results, at least get 5 of the best airports in the world for the category of 2 to 5 million passengers per year.
ASQ survey will become a reference for AP II in conduct similar surveys. It should be underlined that the ASQ survey is not just a survey without any accountability. To ensure the quality and reliability surveys, DKMA party will conduct an audit to the location. Audit is intended to assure whether the survey results according to actual conditions. Penalties will be given if it is the audit stated that there has been manipulation of the survey. Indonesia and the company's credibility is at stake. So, if manipulation, get ready for our company and the state of RI judged 'not credible'. Naudzubila mindzalik .......!

RAPAT KERJA TAHUN 2012

Terhitung mulai tanggal 23 sampai dengan 25 Februari 2012, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) kembali mengadakan Rapat Kerja Tahunan.  Untuk kali ini diadakan di Bandung, tepatnya di Hotel Papandayan.  Raker tahun 2012 begitu istimewa, berbeda dengan Raker-raker sebelumnya karena pada acara pembukaan Raker yang diadakan di Auditorium Kantor Pusat AP II tanggal 23 Februari dihadiri oleh 3 Menteri yaitu Menteri Perhubungan, Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi, serta Menteri Negara BUMN.  Menteri Perhubungan yang membuka Raker AP II tahun 2012.  Sedangkan Menakertrans dalam hal ini diwakili oleh salah satu Direkturnya berperan sebagai saksi dalam penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama antara AP II dengan Serikat Pekerja Angkasa Pura II atau lebih dikenal dengan singkatan Sekarpura II.  Adapun Meneg BUMN lebih menikmati suasana yang jauh dari formalitas protokoler.  Beliau masuk ke Auditorium langsung duduk di kursi yang telah disiapkan di depan dan tanpa basa basi menyapa seluruh hadirin lalu memulai  aksi sharing session berdua dengan Direktur Utama AP II.

Acara di Bandung tidak kalah meriah.  Ditengah-tengah Raker, panitia menyuguhkan 'ice breaking' import dari Columbia yaitu kolaborasi Adrian dan Louisa menari salsa.  Suguhan ini berhasil membuka mata para peserta Raker, bahkan ada yang diam-diam mengabadikan tarian tersebut.  Hiburan yang lain berupa tari jaipong, standing comedy oleh Mongol yang lagi naik daun, dan fashion show yang 'wajib' diikuti oleh para GM, BOD dan BOC.  Tema pada acara farewell dinner Raker kali ini country style, so semua peserta dan panitia Raker 'dipaksa' berpakaian ala Cowboy. Commencing from December 23 until February 25, 2012, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) again hold the Annual Meeting (AM). For this time held in Bandung, precisely at the Hotel Papandayan. The event in Bandung no less festive. In the midst of AM, the committee presenting the 'ice breaking' import from the collaboration of Columbia Adrian and Louisa dancing salsa. The treat was successfully opened the eyes of the AM participants, some even secretly perpetuate the dance. Kunjungan Pejabat Kedutaan Australia ke Kantor Pusat AP II

Tepat pukul 11.30 WIB, delegasi dari Kedutaan Australia di Jakarta datang ke lantai 6 Kantor Pusat Angkasa Pura II.  Delegasi yang terdiri dari 4 orang tersebut membawa misi untuk memperkenalkan Mr.Guy Richardson, Konsoler Transportasi yang baru di Kedutaan Australia kepada manajemen AP II serta menyampaikan peluang kerjasama dalam peningkatan aspek keselamatan penerbangan dan keamanan bandara.  Delegasi diterima oleh Fery Utameyasa, Public Relation Manager AP II dan selanjutnya delegasi diarahkan menuju ruang rapat Wijaya Kusuma.  Rapat dipimpin oleh bapak Weda Yuwana, General Manager ATS Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Dalam rapat tersebut diputar video company profile AP II dan Grand Design Bandara Soekarno-Hatta yang mendapat respon positif dari delegasi Australia sehingga rapat saat itu berjalan dengan suasana penuh keakraban antara 2 negara meskipun sesi tanya jawab mendominasi rapat tersebut.
